Song Fest practice ( Choreography)  “ TODO ESTÁ AQUÍ”  Video: Todo está aquí

Students will wear: blue jeans, white T-Shirt and tennis shoes.

They will MAKE a flag in class art class to use in their choreography. For that purpose they must bring no later than Monday Nov. 21:

  • A 50 cm PVC tube, ½ inch diameter   
  • One yard of SATIN FABRIC (White, yellow, red, green) colors already assigned in class to each student.

SIXTH GRADE:

During this week, the students will be working in the basic concepts of handball, and they will develop the following fundamental skills: bounce ball, underarm stroke, overarm stroke, and general stroke key points. Students will put this knowledge to test in games. During the week, the students will have a fitness test.

REMINDER:

I would like to remind you that all students need to be dressed appropriately for the days that they have P.E. class. Students should refrain from using the following:

–  Dresses for the girls

–  Jeans (shorts or pants)

–  Crocks

–  Sandals

–  Boots

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

In order to participate in class activities and receive full credit for the class, students need to wear appropriate clothing for P.E. class.

 

GOALS: 

We will use the word RESPECT to set the main goals for the year.

Language Arts November 21-23

6th graders will continue to work on their introduction and literature review sections of their science research paper.  It’s a short week, so there is no test but students should continue to revise and edit their science research drafts as homework.
